Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 11, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and BidBrief (“we,” “us”) for using bidbrief.io and the BidBrief app (the “Service”). BidBrief is operated by B-Wallace Entertainment Consulting LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use BidBrief.

1. What BidBrief is (and isn’t)

BidBrief reformats published airline bid packets into a searchable, sortable view to help you plan your bid. It is an independent tool built by a flight attendant. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline, union, or bidding vendor. The official bid packet and your airline’s bidding system are the only authoritative sources. Always verify pairings, times, legalities, and awards there before you bid. We are not responsible for bid outcomes.

2. Your account

You need an invite code and an account to use the Service. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person — please don’t share logins. For your security, we sign you out at least every 7 days and ask for your password again before any billing change.

3. Free trial and subscription

New accounts get a 90-day free trial. A payment card is collected when the trial starts, but you are charged $0 during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan you chose — currently $4.99 per month or $39 per year — and renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We’ll email a reminder before your first charge. Prices may change; we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BidBrief never sees or stores your full card number. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from ☰ → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancel during the free trial and you owe nothing. Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong — a duplicate charge, or you were billed after cancelling — email us and we’ll make it right. See the Privacy & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute BidBrief’s data or interface, share your account, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Service in any way that violates your airline’s policies or applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Data and content

Bid packet contents belong to their publishers; BidBrief presents them in a different form for your personal, non-commercial planning. The BidBrief software, design, and branding are ours. Your favorites and settings are yours; we store them to run the Service. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

7. Availability and changes

BidBrief is a small, actively developed product. We aim for high uptime but can’t guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free, and packets may be posted later than you’d like. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue BidBrief, we’ll refund any prepaid, unused portion of a yearly plan.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from bid results, schedule decisions, or reliance on information in the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid BidBrief in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and you agree to that venue.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use BidBrief after that means you accept the updated terms.
